Kalliope Barlis' Play Golf Better Faster: The Little Golf Bag book serves as a thorough guide to improving your golf skills. This book not only helps golfers improve, but it also provides intelligent advice that may be applied to other areas of life.

Her emphasis on the necessity of preserving a positive vision of golf is translated into a delightful writing style that made me smile as I read it. According to Barlis, mental preparation is the key to success in both golf and life. Golfers who cultivate positive thoughts and recollections can improve their performance on the course. The book offers helpful drills and exercises to help golfers hone their abilities and engage their senses. Barlis also stresses that if you want to be a great golfer, you need to practice often and set precise goals.

One of this book's notable aspects is how beneficial it is outside of the golf world. It provides life lessons in addition to acting as a golf instruction manual. The book delves into the relationship between the mind and performance, showing how mental training may improve performance in a variety of spheres of life, including golf.

Barlis analyzes the relationship between golf and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), highlighting the ways in which NLP techniques could be used to improve a player’s game. This psychological strategy gives golfers the tools they need to perform at their best, control stress, and improve their mental game. The book's emphasis on positive thinking and mental training is a helpful takeaway for readers who are serious golfers or who wish to improve their mental attitude in everyday life. The author advises readers to read the book in one sitting, which is what I did. The 146 pages are actually quite short and are a quick read.

Everything about this book was great, but I really liked how the illustrations helped to make the author's instructions so clear. There isn’t anything negative about this book or anything I would like to change about it. I think it’s well-edited, as I couldn’t find a single flaw in it. I would rate it five out of five stars. I recommend it to anyone who wants to learn the game or is interested in honing their golfing abilities.
