How to Be a Superstar Salesperson by Audri White is an interesting and informative book that describes a person doing sales and marketing. This book explains the abilities, potential, handling, resolving, and reaching a target of how to be a superstar salesperson. The author discusses the rules of the CAPI system, the SPIN and FAB techniques, objection handling, the art of learning, and closing techniques. The author also highlights how important it is to have effective listening skills and to always listen to and understand the person you are communicating with.

This guide is absolutely amazing. The author was sure to include every possible detail on what to do to be a perfect salesperson. The author used different strategies and examples that explained how the person should communicate while on the phone or face-to-face. The author also used dialog between two individuals to explain tips on how to carry forward and confirm when communicating. The author also uses different types of objection handling that can be a better solution in different types of situations.

There wasn't anything to dislike about this book. The author made use of lovely images of business people meeting and working. I love that this book is short and simple. It's easy for readers to understand and learn from it. I liked how the author took time to explain each part of becoming a salesperson and did not rush through the book.

I rate this book five out of five stars due to the reasons above. This book is exceptionally well edited, as I have found absolutely no errors. The layout and structure, along with the contents and images, in this book are commendable.

I recommend this book to teenagers over sixteen years old who are thinking of studying sales and marketing management. I also recommend this to a reader who is working as a salesperson and needs more advice as to how to become a successful salesperson.
