The author of the book Reconfigurement is E. Alan Fleischauer. He has more than 20 years of experience as a financial counselor. E. Alan Fleischauer is a poet, multiple award-winning author, and an Amazon bestseller. He communicates, especially to readers who intend to retire from this book. He produced this book to bridge the gap between tradition and reality and to offer what he sees as an essential component—retirement preparation. He discusses a wide range of subjects, such as security of income, expenditures, life assurance, disability insurance plans, Social Security programs, and employment assessments.

This book is focused on planning, working at a job you love, and having fun before you retire. This book helps us to understand the content of the financial services industry to encourage us to work, save, and invest. This book gives us knowledge regarding traditional retirement planning and tackles the new reality head-on, in time to make a significant difference in their lives. Self-assessment is also a very important key to understanding the value of hard work in life to make a good living and set a goal to achieve success in life. This encourages us to make the best choices and the best decisions.
The examination also included considerations for job conditions, variety, self-development, and creativity. Reconfigurement planning is more than just making plans in advance. The author feels that a reconsideration of the conventional retirement approach is necessary for his profession, the financial services sector in the United States.

The book is nicely written and intended for people of all ages. An easy-to-read book in basic terms. Failures can be seen as an integral component of learning rather than as something to be discouraged by. A turning point occurs when you make a change in your life. All people have aspirations, dreams, and objectives. It is best to address this difficult problem as soon as possible, because reconfiguration is all about planning. Before we retire, this book encourages us to enjoy ourselves. The writer employed numerous illustrative examples, and his writing style is easily comprehensible.
The editing of this book is excellent, but I do have one complaint. This book is fantastic to read; even though it would be better with chapter names, it is still a fantastic read, so I'm still giving it five out of five stars despite this. There are no grammar errors that I can discover in this book. I think everyone should read this book once in a lifetime.
