One of the boys, Jimmy, dreams of starting a haulage firm and with the support and wisdom of his father, Scott, they establish a successful delivery business. As their business grows, Scott begins to have premonitions about an impending asteroid strike on civilization and believes he is the second coming of the Messiah.

Chally's writing style is both enchanting and evocative, drawing readers into a richly imagined world where the line between reality and fantasy blurs. The characters are well-developed and relatable, each with their own unique quirks and motivations that add depth to the narrative.
