The author's writing style is refreshingly clear and straightforward, making complex concepts easy to understand. For instance, in Hack #3, she breaks down the practice of mindfulness into simple steps that anyone can follow, allowing readers to incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives with ease. Each hack is accompanied by practical strategies that readers can implement immediately. For example, in Hack #7, the author offers tips for creating a to-do list and clearing mental clutter, providing readers with actionable steps to improve their productivity and mental well-being. This book is a valuable resource for anyone navigating the challenges of midlife. With its clear guidance, inspiring stories, practical strategies, and empowering message, this book has the potential to transform the way readers approach this transformative stage of life.

In terms of the errors, I noticed just two, which I consider a minor negative; hence, the book is still well-edited. Certain themes and ideas are repeated throughout the book, which may contribute to a sense of redundancy for readers. For example, the importance of visualising goals and surrounding oneself with a supportive network is repeated across multiple hacks. The negatives are minor; hence, I would rate the book five out of five stars for the well-projected positives. I would recommend this book to women and lovers of self-help books.
