The In-Between by Christian Espinosa is about living and enjoying the micro-moments in life. The author has a life-changing accident that makes him realize what life is about. It's about the micro-moments. He is often focused on his goal and forgets the little things in life. He became overly fixated on the macro, which is achieving the goal. As the story goes by, Christian narrates his life and realizes he's ignoring the micro and The In-Between. He has learned what is more important in life through his life experiences.

The positive aspect of The In-Between by Christian Espinosa is that it teaches us that life is more than achieving the goals you have in life. It is about being in the moment and cherishing the little things in your daily lives. Seeing a book about treasuring the moments in our daily lives is very refreshing. In a world full of success, the author is making us realize what's important is to take notice of the little things that are usually invisible to us. Another positive aspect is that the book's editing is excellent. There are no errors, as far as I know. I commend the author for this.

There are no negative aspects to this book. It's one of the best books I've ever read. I agree with the sentiments of the author. He explained the concept of The In-Between really well. He even got this idea from his life experiences.

I'm going to give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. The concept of the book was something the world needed to hear. It teaches us to love the little things in our lives.

My recommended readers in this book are older adults ranging from 30-70 years old. They will appreciate this book because they have enough life experience to relate to it. It will be a game changer for them. It is because often older adults are set in their ways. This book will have an impact on how they see the world and their own lives.
