A Dream For Peace by Dr. Ghoulem Berrah is a non-fiction based on the author's real-life experiences as he struggles for the independence of Algeria, where he was born. Throughout his life, the author advocated for peace. He also believed that dialogue and diplomacy were the only ways to resolve discord. His ideology also suggested that race, religion, or nationality should not be the constraints to determine whether an individual deserves to live in peace. Everybody deserves to live a harmonious life.

The author seems like a remarkable person, as nothing impresses me more than people who advocate peace and justice without falling into the whims of society. Dr. Ghoulem is someone I look up to because of his wisdom and undefeatable effort to fight for something he believed in. The author spreads the word of peace without discriminating one group from another, which is laudable. I found this book enlightening. It taught me that we can make ourselves happy in any situation if we try hard enough.

The book is easy to understand. It is very descriptive, which makes it informative. The author uses images to explain certain events and places, which is commendable and makes the reading more enjoyable. The book seems lengthy, but each additional page is worth the time it takes to finish reading the book.

The book is exceptionally well-edited, as I did not find any errors that would disrupt the flow of reading. I would rate this book 5 out of 5 stars because of its excellent writing style and inspiring stories. This book serves as an answer to how and why peace is the highest achievement any person or country can ever have.

I recommend this book to people who are interested in reading history. Also, it will be a great addition concerning knowledge for the history students. In general, everybody can read this book. It is intriguing and inspiring.
