This book is very useful for those planning for retirement. The author has successfully highlighted the topics related to finance management. Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer helps you make the right decisions coexisting with your career path, thereby making the need for planning and replanning for retirement more applicable.

This book can definitely help one reconfigure their financial life. It focuses on planning ahead, and it’s not just for those in their 50s and 60s; reconfiguration is for everyone, regardless of age. The book does not only talk about the difficulties interconnected with work and money but also how to tackle these issues. Young adults need to read this book if they want to secure their lives while they have the most energy and time. How do you plan? What are your goals? How long will it take? Read this book to find out.

I was very delighted to observe that the language used in the book was very logical. The book is completely jargon-free. Easy to understand for all age groups. I liked the fact that monetary knowledge is well explained with relatable facts. Also, bringing in the importance of 401(k)s, social security, and investment was a magnificent piece of art that I must commend the writer for. In my opinion, there are specific directions that are jewels when thought out for pragmatic performance. And knowing that E. Alan Fleischauer had 25+ years of experience invested in this book, the creativity of the concept is very much visible.

The book was an interesting read, and I found nothing to dislike about it. The book was perfectly edited. I didn't come across any errors while reading it. Each subtopic was poised, and that was quite admirable. It was very informative and educational. I give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars because it holds lots of information for this current economy. It has intellectual lucidity and technical skills gained from experience. The author handled the concept in a very professional way, making it very easy to understand the process of reconfiguration.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking to secure their future. Besides financial retirement advice, this book also takes a look at the areas of career choices and crucial statistics that will help people make the best career choices.
