Audries White graduated from Cleveland State University and joined as a representative for Xerox Corporation, where she learned the SPIN technique that made her the best sales representative in the USA. This short book takes a beginner through the different stages of a sales process, making sure to put extra effort into the sales pitch. The guide makes one feel that something as demanding as convincing someone to buy something is almost easy.

This work is a beautiful culmination of relaxing, and educational material. There are examples of conversations that integrate the given tricks. Another fascinating aspect of the book is that it is comprehensive. It touches on most of the aspects that I would attribute a sales guide to. The best feature of this book was that there were no boring introductions or forewords. Anything that was not directly related to the topic at hand was not included. There were no useless personal details of the author, and every sentence added gravity to the subject of discussion. The book contains a lot of information, formulas, and well-defined concepts that will not be exhausted by reading it only once. You will have to go through it again and again. Different situations, like how a salesperson can handle objections, the CAPI system, and the SPIN and FAB techniques, were elaborated through examples. There was nothing that I did not like about the book; in fact, I almost forgot I was reading it for a review.

The book and the chapters were short and straight to the point, which made them appealing to people with little time and hectic schedules.

There was nothing that needed to be improved in the book. However, while I could not find any grammar errors or typos, the book needs another round of formatting. There were many inconsistencies in spacing. I will attribute the erratic spacing and paragraphing to the OnlineBookClub.org ebook reader. But the issue was not big enough to interrupt my reading.

I recommend this book to sales representatives and those in the finance sector. Considering all the above arguments, I rate How to be a SuperStar Salesperson five out of five stars.
