Brandy Gillmore's Master Your Mind and Energy to Heal Your Body is a book that aims to educate readers on mind-based healing techniques. This may appear complex, but the author has explained it in such simple terms that anyone reading the book will understand. Also, the book contains techniques that worked for the author, who was suffering physically, emotionally, and mentally from various conditions for which no one, including specialists, knew how to help her. The extensive research Gillmore conducted for this book is demonstrated by the many references she included and made available.

One of the book's positive aspects was the real-life examples the author provided, including her journey of self-healing as well as other people's conditions and situations and how they were able to overcome them through the GIFT Mind-Body Healing factors. I particularly liked Aimee's healing process because she was in her early fifties and had an extremely painful shoulder injury, which she was able to overcome. I also liked how, at the start of each new section in the book, the author would briefly describe what to expect from the chapters covered in that particular area. This made it much easier to keep track of the techniques used and avoid becoming overwhelmed by all of the methods discussed. Every chapter concluded with a summary that emphasized the main ideas covered in that chapter. I appreciated that the author thought of these because it made it easier for me as a reader to not miss any important points.

I found no negative aspects in this book. I believe this book is suitable for anyone who wants to learn how their subconscious mind influences their lives and health, as well as how to develop a positive outlook. This book will also help you learn how to let go of hurt or pain and develop an optimistic mindset for a better life.

I rate the book five out of five stars. The book has excellent editing, and I didn't find any grammatical mistakes. I believe that anyone who is having trouble finding healing or who enjoys self-help books would find this book to be very beneficial.
