I recently had the pleasure of delving into the captivating pages of "When Business is Love" by Jan Ryde, and let me tell you, this book was an absolute masterpiece. From start to finish, I was thoroughly entertained and refreshed by the author's unique perspective on running a business with love as the guiding principle.

The book follows the journey of the author, who inherited his family business as the fifth generation. Upon taking over the company, he was faced with the challenge of low annual revenue. Undeterred, he set an ambitious goal of reaching billion-dollar revenue for the company. What sets this book apart is the author's unwavering belief that love should be at the core of all business endeavors. He passionately explains how infusing every aspect of a business with love can have a profound impact not only on the company but also on everyone involved.

Throughout the book, Jan Ryde shares his experiences and insights on how he transformed the company by operating with love as the driving force. His ideology on sales and business operations is not only refreshing but also deeply impactful. He emphasises that every decision and action in business should be rooted in love. By the end of the book, the author delivers a powerful message that resonates with readers: that success in business can be achieved through love and passion.

One aspect of the book that particularly resonated with me was Jan Ryde's journey to success. His candid sharing of struggles, failures, and life lessons added depth and authenticity to the narrative. I found myself nodding along with his words, finding inspiration in his perseverance and dedication to his beliefs.
From an editorial standpoint, I must commend Jan Ryde for the impeccable editing of the book. There were no noticeable errors or inconsistencies, which further enhanced my reading experience. There is nothing I disliked about the book.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend "When Business is Love" to everyone, especially young entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners. This book is a treasure trove of wisdom on how to run a business with love and achieve success while staying true to one's values. I will definitely revisit this book at a later date and deeply suggest it to anyone looking for guidance on business ethics and principles.
I give "When Business is Love" a perfect rating of 5 out of 5 stars for its engaging content, flawless editing, and the invaluable life lessons it imparts.
