Initially, I was unsure whether reading a book could help me learn a practical activity like golf. However, as I started reading the book, I found it intriguing. I realized that it can indeed enhance your golfing skills and help you improve your game.
The author suggests that mental ability is the key to success in sports. He discusses how our mental skills, thinking, and consciousness can help us perform better in golf and life. By creating better memories, we can develop better resources. He also explained how a bad golf shot can improve our future performance. Additionally, the author advises that we can become better golfers by awakening our senses and practicing patterns.
The book covers various aspects that can help us cultivate a positive mindset and teach us how to leverage our mental abilities to achieve success in the future. To improve our lives, we can use past mistakes as a learning opportunity and strive to do better in the present.
