Jan Ryde's book “When Business Is Love” skillfully blends the domains of business and love, offering an exploration that is both inspirational and transformational. Readers are treated to the amazing journey of Hästens, a family-run bedding firm where business is a harmonious blend of purpose, artistry, and compassion rather than just money. The book provides a detailed account of Hästens' development from its modest beginnings as the invention of a skilled saddler to its current standing as a worldwide sensation.

I'm intrigued by this book by Jan Ryde in many ways. The writer's style appeals to me, and the story was conveyed by the author in a logical and systematic manner. The book's methodical exposition of the attitudes that direct and control the business is what I find most appealing. The author discussed the abundant attitude, for example, and how it keeps the business from having to compete in a dog-eat-dog market. I value the references that this book provides. The author looked up a number of phrases and research sites to bolster his essay. Consequently, some of the positive aspects of this work include his enthusiasm and diligence.

There is nothing that I disliked about this book. The author shares a business and life lesson that has helped him and the family company succeed. These are excellent guidelines that apply to many aspects of life and business. He highlights this by drawing on his knowledge of other well-known concepts, such as the Hawkins scale, which I will need to continue assessing to maintain my vibration and repel bad energy.

“When Business Is Love” by Jan Ryde is a well-written, thought-provoking book. It has undergone professional editing, as I didn’t come across any grammatical errors. I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars because it lived up to my expectations and gave readers useful advice on how to establish and survive a firm.

Readers interested in learning more about the business world and how to manage a company should absolutely pick up this book, in my opinion. Because the book is filled with a wealth of personal experiences that young people may use as a coaching tool, it is also appropriate for younger readers.
