A near-death experience can get you rethinking your life and wishing you would have done things differently by living every moment of it. Christian Espinosa gives an analysis of his life and how micro, macro, and in-between moments have influenced it. He goes ahead to tell us about his career, family, relationships, and COVID experience. He also highlights so many failures in his life and some success stories. He gives an analysis of why he failed at something and mentions what he could have done differently. To find out more, grab yourself a copy of the book The In-Between by Christian Espinosa.

There are several things I liked while reading this book. I liked that this book was very realistic. The author mentioned several times when he failed, and I liked this because humans often fail so many times in life. He mentioned these times and the things he would have done differently, which I admired. This became a new lesson for me.

I also liked the author's idea of living authentically by trusting your gut and not relying on others. Nowadays, many people seek approval from people around them on how to live their lives, and in other scenarios, the people around them are the ones dictating how they should live. The author, however, mentions that you should trust yourself and do something that you want to do. This was a mind-opener for me because I sometimes seek approval from people.

There is nothing I disliked about this book, so I rate it 5 out of 5 stars. The book also seems to have been well-edited since I encountered no errors while reading it. I recommend it to anyone who wants to learn how to live life in the present moment and stop focusing so much on the past or the future.

This book sounds right up my alley.
I believe in living my best life, trusting my instincts, and expressing my authenticity.
I used to classify certain situations as "failing," but personally, I realize that these were simply stepping stones and also lessons on my journey to my unique destination. I am Interested in Espinosa's definition and views of failure.
I will consider this book for a later read. Thank you 😊

This is a great book for someone who wants to improve their resilience. Sometimes it's comforting to know from people or even from a book that your not the only person that encountered what you went through. This is a good book . Most certainly might read it.

The idea of living authentically by trusting one’s instincts is indeed valuable.
Life is a play where we are the actors and the audience, We laugh and cry, love and hate, create and destroy,
We seek to know ourselves and others, to belong and to be free, We accept what we can and change what we must.

It’s refreshing when authors candidly discuss their failures. As you mentioned, failure is a universal experience, and learning from those moments can lead to valuable insights. By acknowledging his own missteps, Espinosa provides readers with relatable content that encourages self-reflection.
