I usually ignore self-help books when I come across them because they relay unrealistic methods to their audience, and as a result, their teachings fail to produce the required results. The Unfakeable Code® by Tony Jeton Selimi employs a different approach based on experience and intense research focused on bringing out the authentic individual in a person through a series of reflections, enticing metaphors, and principles. The author releases five life-changing, carefully constructed principles that challenge the reader mentally, make them ask themselves the right questions, and employ the right method to release their inner potential.

From principles focused on unraveling one's mask and releasing our inner persona, the author gives detailed methods to debug our mind as we would a computer, while also embracing those traits we do not like to associate with ourselves. The author also explains that what we input into our minds is what we get; hence, we should be more positive and not try to believe that another person is more deserving of better things than us. We also learn that taking charge of our lives is a job we have to consciously do, knowing our weaknesses and converting them into strengths. Read this book for more details on how to effectively take back control of your life and unlock hidden potential.

I was interested in this book right from the moment I read the description; it appeared different from the usual, and that attracted me to it. The author does a wonderful job of explaining the topic of our inner persona, how this can be affected by environmental and family factors, and how it can be regained through expert intervention and willingness. Selimi urges the audience to be less judgmental of themselves and instead focus on self-acceptance. I must commend how relatable the book came off, even though it discussed intricate topics at some point. I urge the audience to read this book with an open mind and try to apply some of it to their lives in order to observe its value.

The only dislike I had was concerning the way the author repeated some topics in this book; I found it unnecessary and exhausting, but I believe the author had his reasons, maybe bothering with emphasis. Other than this, this book was an exceptionally crafted piece that would impart a lot of knowledge to anyone who came across it. I observed a few errors while going through this book; I believe it was professionally edited. I'm rating this book 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend it to audiences interested in self-help books and those looking to discover their inner selves.
