Imposters on the Zoom! is written by authors John Buie & Jason Hagerman to free their readers from their imposter syndromes. The authors aim to guide the readers on generating more sales leads. The guarantee that the book will equip readers with practical knowledge that can never be provided by people in their respective industries. The book is written in the format of a step-by-step guide and readers can pick any chapter or section they want to read that best suits their profile and industry need.

The book is short yet informative. One can finish reading it in a day. The book is structured in such a way that it is not necessary to read it from start to end in the conventional way. One can skip chapters, choose their favourite section, revisit previous chapters, and essentially read the book in any way that helps them acquire the knowledge they need.

There are three types of profiles described in the book, namely, Creators, Conductors, and Curators. The authors describe each profile with examples. Readers can read the sections that best describe their current profile or the profile they aim to work with. The book has more bullet points than heavy descriptions making the book more engaging and fun to read. The authors have packaged a lot of information in concise packets. This way, there is a lot to learn without getting bored with excessive details.

The book is professionally edited. I did not come across any grammatical errors. The length is perfect, and the book is very well-structured. I finished reading the book in a day without losing any interest. So, I would rate the book 5 out of 5 stars.

I recommend the book to readers just starting leadership positions. If you want to improve your sales leads and be at the top of the game, you need to pick this book up. The book is equally suited to owners and managers of businesses. There is a lot of powerful and practical advice in this book for anyone who has anything to do with sales and business growth.
“9 out of 10 Creators will look at the mind map and say I don’t have the answers to all these questions. What the hell” [page 79, 2nd last sentence]
