"If I Know Better, Why Am I Not Doing Better?" by Jimmy Perez is a novel that explores every avenue for individuals to live a better and more purposeful life every day, everywhere, and at any time. It teaches readers to be open-minded and to see everything and everyone around them as a solution, not a challenge. The novel exposes readers to breaking the yoke of limitations and seeing success and failure from the same perspective because success can only be achieved by failing, which helps nurture the determination to be great. Experiences, both good and bad, serve as catalysts for learning to achieve the ultimate goal of living in peace and harmony. Jimmy uses his life experiences to teach what he preaches. He grew up without the stable comfort of a family—his father died early while he was still young, his mother was often absent, and his siblings cared less. He was bullied and had no role model to nurture him during his teens, resulting in anger, alcoholism, depression, and a path leading to failure with numerous excuses to defend his woeful life. However, on March 2nd, 2001, Jimmy's life took a different turn when he had a change in mentality about the ultimate rule to lead his life on a more positive path. What is the result of this new mentality in Jimmy's life for him? From this new life emanate many life golden rules Jimmy learns and seeks to spread to the general public, such as those that orient one's mentality on how to live a life that is set to succeed ultimately in life. Grab this book and learn success tips from the author.

What I find compelling about "If I Know Better, Why Am I Not Doing Better?" by Jimmy Perez is its emphasis on personal responsibility and empowerment. The book seems to offer a holistic approach to self-improvement, urging readers to adopt a mindset that sees solutions instead of obstacles. It's inspiring to see how Jimmy Perez draws from his own life experiences to impart wisdom and encourage readers to overcome adversity. The novel's focus on attributes like humility, forgiveness, discipline, and self-awareness suggests a deep understanding of what it takes to lead a fulfilling life. Plus, the idea that success is a result of continuous effort and improvement resonates well, reminding us that every day is an opportunity to strive for greatness. Overall, this book is recommended to lovers of self-help memoirs.

I found nothing to dislike about this book; I cherished the impactful quality of the book, and as a result, I would rate it a perfect 5 out of 5 stars. Moreover, the book is written with literary expertise, and I did not find a grammar error in it. This allows for convenient reading and comprehension.
