"A Love Story Between 2 Worlds" by Charlie Lord is a riveting real-life romance that bridges dimensions. Charlie takes us back to his college years at Washburn University, where he developed a passion for baseball and fell for Peggy Chamberlain, a stunning cheerleader who lifted his spirits. The book features evocative photographs from the late 1970s, capturing Peggy's timeless, youthful spirit.

The narrative delves into Charlie’s telepathic relationship with Peggy, who appears frequently in both his real life and another dimension. He loses track of her in the physical world. Four decades later, he uncovers the tragic truth about her fate. Despite this, Peggy remains ever-present in the spiritual realm.

"A Love Story Between 2 Worlds" explores moments that blur the boundaries between the ordinary and the spiritual. Through candidly shared real-life experiences, the author vividly illustrates this notion. These encounters often provoke internal queries such as, "Did that truly occur?" or "Was that just my imagination?" Amidst the hustle of daily life, we often dismiss these occurrences as mere figments of our imagination or hallucinations. In doing so, we inadvertently overlook the chance to fully embrace and reflect on potential spiritual encounters, thus missing opportunities to expand our consciousness.

I found this book deeply enjoyable; it's concise, well-written, and possesses a beautiful simplicity. It unfolds as a spiritual love story, evoking strong emotional resonance. The lingering questions it leaves behind only heighten its intrigue.

While I understand that some readers may find the extensive focus on baseball intriguing, I personally found it overwhelming. This detracted from the overarching narrative, leaving me yearning for a deeper understanding of Peggy's character. Another drawback is the numerous grammatical mistakes—over ten. Though minor, they indicate the book needs professional editing. Overall, I would rate this book 4 out of 5 stars.

"A Love Story Between 2 Worlds" is an extraordinary real-life romance that transcends boundaries, exploring both the spiritual and the mundane. It emphasizes that true love is timeless and never fades; instead, it blossoms and remains a precious treasure to cherish forever. I confidently recommend this heart-touching book to readers who appreciate stories that explore spiritual experiences and delve into introspective journeys.

This book does make one wonder about “those” things. Could it all be real? I, too, would have a problem with an over abundance of baseball references. That isn’t what seems important about the text. Thanks!

A true life account of love and attraction between Charlie and Peggy. Charlie, a base ball player falling in love with a cheerleader Peggy. It's a storyline that is quite common in high school and college.
Thanks for sharing.

Wow, this sounds like a wonderful story. Lately, I have developed an interest in quantum-brain science: how mental telepathy may happen. Your review has created an interest in this story for me, because it has a real-life story, sports theme, beautiful cheerleader, and good love story with a spiritual theme. Oh yes, and of course the mental telepathy aspect. Great review as usual! You're a keeper! :tiphat:

Thank you, Gerry. This is indeed a lovely book, very sweet and simple. And some bits are shocking too. If you are into baseball, you will enjoy it even more. Thanks again!

This book review gave me the chills for its beauty! I wish a scenario such as this one had unfolded in my life: a human connection in school that became a spiritual love bond later. I hear what you’re saying about the overwhelming aspect of baseball in the book and about the necessity for a grammatical edit. But, I think I will check it out! Thanks for a great review, @Claudia Angelucci!
