Review of The Solution is Political Revolution
In "The Solution is Political Revolution," Jillion R. Rising asserts that Wall Street, the Federal Reserve, and the U.S. government have collectively undermined the wealth and prosperity of Americans. He critiques what he views as longstanding deceptions, detailing how greed and systemic corruption have led to significant economic crises, such as the 2008 mortgage crisis. The author argues that the media exacerbates political extremism, distracting citizens from uniting against the real culprits of economic disparity. He highlights the dangers of corporate monopolies and the inefficiencies of government fiscal policies, emphasizing the need for innovation and private sector growth. Through a detailed examination of policies like the Affordable Care Act and the fiat currency system, he paints a grim picture of a future dominated by debt and austerity unless significant changes are made.
Furthermore, the author advocates for a fundamental political shift to prevent this dire future. He calls for direct democracy through referendums, stricter regulations on lobbying, and higher pay for government officials to reduce corruption. Proposing the creation of a new political entity, the Logician Party, he envisions a movement that transcends divisive politics and unites citizens in the pursuit of genuine democratic governance. Throughout the book, he underscores the importance of unity and collective action to challenge the status quo, aiming to inspire a political revolution that reclaims the nation’s wealth and restores democratic principles.
There is absolutely nothing I dislike about this book. It offers a scathing critique of America's economic and political systems, arguing that collusion between powerful entities has led to the erosion of citizen wealth and prosperity. With its blend of insightful analysis and impassioned advocacy, "The Solution is Political Revolution" is a compelling read for those seeking to understand and address the root causes of societal inequality and injustice.
I would rate this book five out of five stars for its incisive analysis, impassioned advocacy, and hopeful vision for the future. The book is exceptionally edited.
I would recommend this book to anyone who is passionate about political reform, economic justice, and societal change.
