Plan To Profit: Business Planning for Builders and Remodelers by Chuck Miller is a book about building house projects. It's a complete guidebook for a housing business. The author shares his knowledge and strategies for this type of business with a helpful business outline for proper documentation. His coaching tips will help the readers understand why his business strategy needs the correct action rather than doing business without proper guidance.

Are you ready to learn from this author? Grab a copy of this book and let a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) inspire you.

I'm amazed at the detailed layout of this self-help book. It starts with the three basic tools of every business: a business plan, why it's necessary to have a business plan, and how to write it. The author explains why every builder or remodeler needs market research, the correct operation plan, and the right staffing. Furthermore, I agree and understand why a mission and vision statement are needed for every type of business.

The thing that I admired the most in this book was the detailed strategy for handling the staff and the finances. If a builder or remodeler follows the steps in this book, that person will have the best foundation for this kind of business. If this is you, you will never regret reading this book because the author has several years of experience in this business, and he is an instructor about housing programs.

I'm happy to rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. I didn't spot any errors or anything to dislike in this book because the topic flows well, with good bridging details for the next chapter. The book is exceptionally well edited. Those who are interested in or planning to be engaged in building a house for a business will gain insights from this book.
