"Fasting Firepower" is a great book written by Marjan. The book explains the importance of fasting for human health and how it can aid in detoxification and natural healing. Fasting means abstaining from food. The author highlights the reasons why many people fast, including its historical significance in the Bible as a way to seek help from God. Fasting is also connected to modern medicine. It is believed to promote good health. Fasting is practiced worldwide and is considered the oldest healing method. It helps remove toxins from the body.

Fasting is a powerful tool for a fulfilling life and helps clear the path to spiritual connection. However, in today's world of pride, excess, and spiritual unawareness, the true power of fasting is often hidden and misunderstood. You can fast at any time when facing a spiritual challenge or struggle. There's no specific schedule for fasting. The author notes that Moses' fast was extraordinary, as he abstained from both food and water for 80 days, which was only possible with divine help. Individuals afflicted with severe health conditions, such as advanced cancer, diabetes, heart disease, tuberculosis, cardiovascular disorder, kidney disease, liver disease, or neurological degenerative disorders, require direct medical supervision and are advised against fasting, as it may pose a risk to their well-being.

Western medicine has greatly improved healthcare, especially in surgery, acute care, emergencies, vaccine development, and disease prevention, while water is essential for various bodily functions, including stimulation, circulation, absorption, elimination, lubrication, and temperature regulation.

I appreciate how the author uses Bible verses to support and clarify their points. This approach helps me understand and interpret the message more clearly.

I highly recommend this book to everyone. I give it a perfect score of 5 out of 5 because it shares valuable insights and highlights the importance of fasting. I didn't find any dislikes or mistakes while reading the book, which shows that it has been carefully edited and is error-free.
