The Solution is Political Revolution is a nonfiction book written by Jillion R. Rising. The book talks about American society, its way of governance, the current political structures, and how they affect its citizens.

Rising has in-depth knowledge of American politics and how the American government operates as it relates to politics and governance. He stated some issues and also provided solutions that he deemed fit that could help in their current state of governance. Rising talks about the generational difference as it relates to baby boomers and millennials. He also emphasized how those with particular interests dominate the government, leading to economic inequality. Raising recommends that Americans focus on similar objectives such as economic sustainability, justice, and fairness. I’ll advise you to pick so you can learn from Jillion Rising.

This book is quite different from other books about American politics and government that I’ve read, and I find it more interesting and detailed. I like the ideas brought in by Rising and the arguments he made to back them up. They were quite convincing. I also like the writing technique Raising implored in writing this book and the extensive research he undertook as he referenced some primary and secondary sources. I also agree with the author to replace representative democracy with direct democracy because it would eliminate individuals with self-serving interests since citizens would vote in a referendum, and this would improve American society as a whole.

I didn’t dislike anything about the book because the author gave a strong argument to back up his statements, and for this reason, I would rate the book five out of five stars. It has no errors in it because the author ensured that it was exceptionally well edited. I recommend the book to readers of nonfiction books. This is a book they will enjoy reading.
