Intermittent Fasting For Women Over 50 In Menopause by Woods Publishing is an excellent book aimed at improving the state of health and quality of life of women going through menopause. Menopause, like puberty, is a stage of a woman’s life marked by hormonal changes and behaviors. The menopausal period is associated with numerous symptoms and mood changes, which can lead to a gradual decline in one’s lifestyle and health. However, a combination of fasting, healthy eating and drinking habits, a regular sleep cycle, and exercise can benefit the average woman during menopause. Unlike other difficult-to-follow diet plans, intermittent fasting is more of a lifestyle change. It is highly adaptable and efficient. Intermittent fasting is more than just fasting; it is also about what to eat during the non-fasting period to provide our bodies with all the nutrients they require and take note of the response of the body physically and mentally.

This self-help book is short and enlightening. The book’s content is concise, and the language is simple to understand. Information provided in the book is derived from references to scientific sources, making it credible. The credibility of the sources notwithstanding, it is essential to consult a doctor before taking any action. The grammar is simple. Each chapter is brief and provides tips and advice on living and adopting a lifestyle to combat some of the symptoms of menopause. The book also focuses on other activities that women can do to make their lives easier, in addition to fasting. I liked how clear it is that the writer is a woman who can relate to what other women go through during menopause and how insightful this book is to women over 50 years around the world. Intermittent Fasting For Women Over 50 In Menopause by Woods Publishing deserves five stars for its concise structure and relatable content.
