'Play Golf Better Faster: The Little Golf Bag Book, From Weekend Golfer to Pro Golfer in Two Years' by Kalliope Barlis is the ultimate handbook for levelling your golf game. If you're a beginner who has carefully studied numerous golf guides but struggles to recall the tips and tricks during important moments on the course, or if you already play golf but lag behind your peers in skill level. This book will be your stepping stone towards becoming a professional player. The author is a 'Neuro-Linguistic Programming' trainer and has assisted many PGA and LPGA players in achieving their dreams.

The book is not only focused on the physical game but also the mental preparation that is required. The author emphasizes the significance of setting objectives and practising to complete them. She also points out that every shot serves a purpose by imparting a lesson. The author takes a non-conventional approach to building mental resilience in players along with their physical skills.

What I liked about this book was the writing style of the author. The book is precise and straightforward, and the author doesn't use golf terminology, which makes the book suitable for beginners and experienced players. The book is well structured and organized, with each chapter focusing on a specific aspect of the game. The integration of illustrations of different exercises enhances the reading experience.

There's nothing that I didn't like about this book. The editing team did a flawless job, as it didn't have any grammatical errors or typos. Due to all of the above reasons, I would like to rate this book a 5 out of 5 stars.

Overall, I will recommend this book to all golf enthusiasts. Even though the book won't describe various concepts in detail, it is still worth adding to your library. If you are interested in improving your mental resilience, you should still give it a try.
