Any exercise of the mind “Play-Golf-better-faster: The Golf Bag Book” by Kalliope Barlis. This handbook does a greater job of training the brain and the mind as well, not just for golf players alone but for anyone who has an aim or objective in life. It’s like an individual using his or her brain to pattern life in accordance with the goal or objective set.

The author explained in writing how a personal experience helped in building a mindset that made golf learning easy, better, and faster. Kalliope stated that the exercise of patience to gain possession of an understanding through stress and learning could help in achieving the set goal or objective. Because the training for building capacity would only take some time. In this way, one can kindle a light of hope that keeps glowing even after achieving the set objective. Which means that one can achieve anything by just setting their mind to it. The author also went further, explaining that the mind or state of mind of a person controls his or her actions or response to certain experiences. From the author’s explanation, one can deduce that without the right mindset or state of mind, one would not be able to make a good shot at achieving a set goal. As stated in the book’s explanation on practical golf playing, Kalliope gave step-by-step tips on how an individual could become a successful golf player.

The idea of mindset building and development could help those who are not golf players to aim for and achieve their goals and objectives in life. The author could come up with these writings due to his training and experience with Chuck (the author’s coach). Kalliope indeed had vast experience and laid down steps to improving skills at work, which include aiming, alignment, maintaining balance, and more practicing because practicing makes perfect. I really like the book’s explanation; the author explained the book from a layman’s perspective.

This book should and must be read by all, both golf players and non-golf players, because it helps one develop a right sense of thinking.I did not notice any errors in this book; it was exceptionally edited. I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. I really do not dislike anything about this book. It is an eye-opener.
