Is Eternity Already Here?: Seems as if it has to be by Christian Howard is a convergence of spiritual and scientific thought where the author shared his experience through consciousness and spirituality. He answered the question posed by the title of this book using the lives of 3 people: Dr. Eben Alexander, who died from E. coli meningitis; orthopedic surgeon Dr. Mary Neal, who died from drowning; and business professional Anita Moorjani, who died from stage four cancer. He also shared what an atheist, Professor Richard Dawkins, wrote about God, judging from the Old Testament and the life of his partner, Marilyn.

Eternity has no cause, and it is not an effect of something. It didn't come from anywhere, nor is it going anywhere. Everything that can be in the future already exists and is waiting to unfold in time, and we are sort of playing "catch up." This book has been transforming, and I came across answers to questions I had a long time ago. I also came across questions I had not thought to ask, for instance, about the observer during the Biblical creation account.

I love that Christian Howard wrote this book from already established truths, citing Einstein, Michio Kaku, Stephen Hawking, Nikola Tesla, Plato, etc., while also sharing his own experiences and how he arrived at a conclusion. I always had questions about the afterlife and eternity and if there's more to human life after we die here on earth. This book will help you understand the concepts of God, eternity, miracles, reincarnation, aliens and our world, karma, hypnosis, and spirituality. I learned that mathematics or physics cannot be used to define God because they are all caged inside time, but God is outside time. To define God, we have to look at evidence from experiences outside the limitations of time. The author shared evidence of radioactive reactions and aliens, extraterrestrials, and brain surgeries even before the official records.

I was impressed with the author's life, as he had many interests and followed them. He was an actor, a pilot, and a hypnotherapist. He did a lot of research before writing this book. I appreciate the pictures the author shared in this book, as they helped me picture his life, experiences, and what he was trying to explain. I recommend this book to those who are interested in books about spirituality. I recommend that you start reading this book with an open mind, as you will gain more by doing this. There was nothing about this book that I disliked, which is why I am rating it 5 out of 5 stars. Finally, the book was exceptionally well edited.

I was particularly intrigued by how the author used established scientific and philosophical principles, citing figures like Einstein and Plato, to explore spiritual concepts. This blending of science and spirituality makes the book not only accessible but also intellectually stimulating for those who seek a deeper understanding of life’s mysteries.

The concept that eternity is not bound by cause and effect and exists outside the limitations of time is a mind-expanding idea. Howard’s ability to explain such complex concepts in a way that is both engaging and understandable is one of the strengths of this book.
