Review of Why Dreadful Things Happen -- The REAL ANSWER
Why Dreadful Things Happen, The Real Answer, is Robert Jae Skye’s attempt at explaining why terrible things happen. To begin with, it’s not your fault. It’s not because of something you did, and it’s not because of something that you didn’t do. The author talks a lot about the law of polarity and the balance of opposites. Things don’t happen for a Godly reason; they happen by chance. The law of duality guarantees opposites. Statistical probability emphasizes a balance between good and bad things happening.
I liked the way this author comforts us by telling us that the dreadful things that happen to us are not our fault. It feels like absolution. It’s good to know that God is not responsible either. Mr. Skye tells us to always seek God’s help. This book confirms that we are not God, we are not alone, and we need God’s help at times.
What I did not like about this book is that the title is misleading. I hoped that it would give me some advice on how to avoid calamities, but that was not the case.
Because this book has numerous biblical references, I feel that it is most suited for Christian readers. The author’s interpretation of Genesis is figurative. It is broken down into three phases – the very beginning (creation), spirituality (300,000 years ago), and refined spirituality (6000 years ago). The author is adamant that you should not blame God for anything and that you should seek his help in times of crisis. Everyone will face a crisis at some point in their life due to the law of duality.
This book is very well-edited. I did not find any grammatical errors. Kudos for an excellent job of editing. I rate this book 4 out of 5 stars. I took a point away as I felt that it was redundant. I felt that the message could have been given in fewer words.

But here's the catch, the title might mislead ya. If you're lookin' for advice on avoidin' calamities, this book won't be much help. The reviewer did mention that it's a well-edited book, no grammatical errors in sight.
All in all, if you're lookin' for some comfort in knowin' it ain't your fault when bad things happen, this book might be worth a read. I'd give it a solid 4 outta 5 stars. It lost a point on account of bein' a bit redundant, could've gotten the message across in fewer words. So, there you have it, a quick rundown on why this book might be worth your time, Oklahoman style. Unforgettable climax, left me breathless with anticipation.
