Play Golf Better Faster: The Little Golf Bag Book by the fantastic writer Kalliope Barlis is a useful guide for anyone looking to improve their golf game and mental toughness. The author, Kalliope Barlis, shows how to use your mind and imagination to enhance your golf skills. By applying the techniques and exercises in the book, you can improve your golf game and reach your goals. The principles in this book can also enhance your self-awareness and confidence.

The book offers practical advice and strategies that can benefit both golfers and non-golfers alike, making it a great resource for anyone looking to improve their mental game and achieve their goals.

The book helps you set goals by looking at all parts of your life, making achieving them feel more possible. Kalliope Barlis promotes positive thinking and behavior and shows you how to handle setbacks. You can use these skills in all areas of your life, not just golf. The book teaches you a helpful approach to reaching your goals and dealing with challenges, making it useful for many areas of your life. Barlis' book stands out by thoroughly teaching mental toughness in golf. Her exercises improve concentration and self-awareness, going beyond just physical technique. I found the tips on reflecting on each experience and learning from every shot particularly helpful. The book also includes helpful diagrams that illustrate the instructions, making it easy to understand and apply the concepts.

My only criticism of the book is that it is too short, which I won't really consider a criticism because its conciseness is still an advantage. I just wish it was longer. Nevertheless, I find this book very informative and helpful to not just golfers but everyone. I will say that the editing is professional; I came across a few errors. I would give this book a five out of five star rating because it's informative. I highly recommend it to people trying to improve their mental strength and overcome obstacles in their lives.
