With its wide range of innovative recipes, comprehensive guides, and enthusiastic encouragement, this book is perfect for anyone seeking a flavorful and sustainable culinary journey.

The author enters the world of plant-based cuisine, showcasing a variety of meat substitutes and recipes that cater to different dietary preferences. He explores the preparation and uses of ingredients like seitan, tofu, tempeh, and TVP while promoting a shift towards plant-based diets and highlighting the versatility and flavours of these options.
