Play Golf Better Faster: The Little Golf Bag Book is a very resourceful guidebook that everyone who wants to master this unique and most respected game must endeavor to read. Kalliope Barlis starts by stressing that the game begins in the mind and brain. Therefore, mental peace and focus must be crucial in the beginning towards mastering this beautiful game. The mental peace and positive attitude propels one to success in this game. This is described adequately in the NLP-Neuro-Linguistic Programming, which the author describes as the ultimate tool for golfing your best.

The author has laid down several tips to be observed to achieve success. From practicing playing which involves learning to take risks like shooting from different angles and having quality practice. Side-hill and downhill lies, using your scorecard, strategies of focusing on the target hole, and focusing on where you want your ball to land to give your subsequent shots an easy run are among the skills described by the author. The author also leaves a lesson on the importance of maintaining routine and consistency.

I loved this book. The author straightforwardly gives instructions. Kalliope used a simple language to be understood by everyone. The instructions are very vital to both the beginners and the seasoned players.

Kalliope divided the book into two parts namely; Using Your Brain and Practicing Golf to simplify the book's contents. The use of quotes made by other golfers rejuvenates the reader and refreshes them.

I didn't find anything in the book to make me dislike it. The author was precise and straightforward. The instructions given and simple to comprehend and practice.

I give this book a 5 out of 5 stars rating. The book is professionally and flawlessly edited. The instructions given, when put to practice, one will easily become a better golfer. I recommend this book to people who want to learn to play golf or to golf players who want to better their prowess. The book is rich in golfing instructions.
