In the book "ADHD and My Sons' Journey from First Steps to Full Stride" by Luna Bloom, she dives into different stages of ADHD in boys and different ways parents can be able to understand, guide, and teach their child with Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) how to live a successful and fulfilled life. Luna in this book mentioned several ways and methods parents can understand if they have a kid with ADHD and how they can go about supporting the child to live a fulfilled life. In this book, the author also explains how bullying can affect children with ADHD. She goes on to explain what parents should look out for in their children with ADHD. Get a copy of this book to learn more about ADHD.

A few of the things she mentioned that caught my attention were how parents need to talk to each other about how to help their child or children living with this condition, and also how to treat other siblings rightly so they don't in turn think that the parent is only favoring or treating the child with ADHD better. I also learned that communication is vital in this scenario so as not to create misconceptions in children about their parents or their actions.

What I loved about this book was how the author guided the reader on steps to follow and gave hints on what to look for when a child has ADHD. I also adore the story at the end of the novel about Alex and Michael, who both had ADHD but still managed to live a satisfied existence as well as be successful in their lives since they were surrounded by people who supported them, including their parents. This served as a form of motivation and encouragement for me as a reader and helped me to have a whole new, different view about children with ADHD and also on how to understand if a child has ADHD.

The only thing I felt was a little off in this book were a few repetitions. Though on a different topic, I feel the author repeated some discussion over and over again, but that did not affect my progress in reading this book, and I found no errors while reading, which indicates that the book is perfectly edited. This book scores 5 out of 5 stars for me because I learned so much from it and the impact it had on my life.

This book is recommended for school teachers, parents, and caregivers; these are usually people who interact with ADHD children most often.
