When Business Is Love initially appears to be an autobiography about the author's experience developing the mattress firm his family founded in Sweden—a business that has been passed down through the generations for many years. But as I continued to read it, I saw that this novel was more complex than that.

The author suggests we should concentrate on strengthening our business advantages rather than becoming mired in pointless rivalry with others. We ought to be aware of the principles of business and how to meet the requirements of others. Many of the tenets to which he adheres come from his literature. I enjoy the way he explains how he operates in each area, from hiring to overcoming obstacles in the corporate industry, and how he implements these concepts to manage his company.

Throughout some of his narrative, we witness him come dangerously close to insolvency. The way he overcame the time when he nearly went broke, how he restructured this business, and how he went back to the principles he should have had. This section makes me realize that, despite their privilege, not everyone is able or willing to grow personally. I appreciate how this could help the reader break free from a martyr attitude and mental limitations by emphasizing an evolving mindset.

This book has excellent and faultless editing and is very easy to read. It is deserving of a 5 out of 5 star rating, as it is one of the few personal development books that not only makes good use of basic logic but also skillfully incorporates psychological principles into the narrative.

There's nothing I disliked about the book. I suggest it to those who are battling in the business space, young individuals trying to launch a profession, and parents thinking about the moral principles they want to instill in their kids regarding aiming high in life.
