I was delighted by Kalliope Barlis' Play Golf Better Faster: The Little Golf Bag Book because it provides golfers of all skill levels with thorough and helpful advice. The three primary sections of the book—using your brain, practicing golf, and playing golf—are each packed with useful advice and cutting-edge methods.

I found that Part One: Using Your Brain's focus on mental preparation was one of the more noteworthy sections. Barlis explores the ways in which golfers can utilise mental training to raise their level of play.

The author offers helpful guidance on organising practice lessons in Part Two: Practicing Golf. The author recommends a well-rounded strategy that incorporates both mental and physical exercises. I found that training with a specific goal in mind and dividing the practice into small chunks was beneficial.

Part Three: Playing Golf moves the emphasis to strategies used while on the course. The author offers insightful explanations of pre-shot procedures and course organisation. A golfer's performance can be positively impacted by the recommendation to use contemporary technology to picture each hole prior to shooting and to establish specific objectives for every play.

This book stands out for taking a comprehensive approach to the several themes it addresses. The author provides a comprehensive approach to golf game improvement by combining mental and physical training. Because of Barlis’ simple written language manner, even difficult topics are understandable.

There are no flaws or opportunities for improvement that I could see, and there’s nothing I disliked. Every component of the content is expertly edited to give the audience the most for their investment of time. Golf instructors, players of all ability levels, and anybody else interested in the psychological aspects of sports performance should pick up this book, in my opinion. Therefore, I rate the book a perfect 5 out of 5 stars.
