Play Golf Better Faster: The Little Golf Bag Book is an engaging and quick read, offering more than just technical advice; it delves into the hidden aspects that make an exceptional golfer. The writer begins with a critical observation: golfers often invest more in their clubs than in developing their skills, emphasizing that the most crucial piece of golf equipment is, in fact, the mind.

The writer dispels the common belief that golf is merely about repetitive practice, noting that repetition only leads to improvement if it's directed towards achieving excellence. The narrative continues by contrasting the stagnation of repetitive experiences with the growth that comes from varied practice. It's not how much you practice; it's how effectively you do it that counts. The book advises readers to direct their mental focus towards their goals, highlighting that imagination, combined with a strong desire to excel, is where the real magic lies. It suggests that every stroke offers a learning opportunity and encourages golfers to reflect on each shot and consider how it could be enhanced. My first thought about this book when I encountered it was that it was going to be talking about strictly golf and nothing else, but I liked how the author could talk about other things aside from strictly golf.
One of the things that I find prevalent and like is how golf players are so concerned about having the best gear.

Even though this book is about playing golf, the author did not bombard it with golf jargon.
I love the fact that the author incorporated visuals within the story, serving as helpful illustrations. This book was amazing; I enjoyed it. I didn't dislike anything about it; it was well written and free from grammatical errors.
I would rate this book 5 out of 5 stars and recommend it to anyone who wants to learn how to play golf.
