If I'm not wrong, this should be a "bag book," but it packs so much information. I've seen that there's another version of this book on my select tab—which I assume should be bigger than this—and I will be reading that too. "Play Golf Better Faster: The Little Golf Bag Book" by Kalliope Barlis is the title of this book I'm reviewing, and it has everything you need to know about golf. I read the ebook version on Kindle, though, but I assume the hardcopy version should be small enough to fit in your golf bag, yet it has so much information to help you improve your gameplay. By emphasizing the integration of mental conditioning and physical practice while playing, the book guides players on how to achieve rapid improvement in golf. A significant portion of the book is dedicated to "NLP techniques," which should be instrumental in reprogramming the mind, building positive memories, and enhancing sensory awareness. Grab a copy to read more!

I have learned so much about golf from this book, even though I'm not a player myself. Now that I've read the book, I may try out golfing soon, and I know the tips in this book will make me a great player. I like how the book provides a structured approach to practice, focusing on quality, setting clear intentions, and reflecting on performance. It is also quite expansive and has comprehensive guidance that golf lovers and players will find helpful. It covers a wide range of topics, from handling specific shot conditions to maintaining a consistent routine. For example, did you know about the "Swish pattern for changing golf shots?" You heard that right! It involves "mental programming," a technique you can use to replace negative shot outcomes with positive ones through visualization and mental rehearsals. You can learn about it more deeply in the book. I think the book is thorough and has nice tips, which makes me award it 5 out of 5 stars. It has no negative aspects and has been exceptionally well edited.
