Play Golf Better Faster: The Little Golf Bag Book by Kalliope Barlis is a book that helps golfers improve their game. It focuses on mental techniques, visualization, and how the mind and body work together. Instead of using traditional golf terms and methods, the author teaches readers to focus on their own experiences and find balance to play better. The book is dedicated to three important people in the author's life, including his brother and golf coach, who taught him about the connection between golf and the quantum world.

Chuck Hogan, the author’s golf coach and mentor, stands out as a significant influence. His teachings on the quantum world and how it applies to golf add a unique dimension to the book. Hogan's character represents wisdom and the transformative power of mentorship.

Why this book appeals to me is that the integration of the quantum world into golf, as taught by Chuck Hogan, adds a fascinating scientific and philosophical angle to the book. This storyline explores how understanding the quantum aspects of existence can enhance a golfer’s mental approach to the game. It’s a deep and thought-provoking narrative that encourages readers to think beyond the traditional boundaries of sports training.

I will rate this book a 5 out of 5 stars. I have nothing to dislike about this book; it was edited perfectly without any errors. Play Golf Better Faster: The Little Golf Bag Book explains a variety of practical exercises are provided to help golfers anchor good shots and improve their overall performance. For instance, after hitting a good shot, golfers should follow the ball's flight with focus and replay the successful shot mentally. This reinforcement helps solidify positive outcomes in the golfer's mind.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves golf, whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting. It's a great resource for golfers of all levels!
