"Play Golf Better Faster": “The Little Golf Bag Book” by Kalliope Barlis breaks down the steps and technicalities of golf, making it easier for people to understand and gaining a positive attitude towards actually attaining a more enhanced physical form and determination for golf. A comprehensive source of golfing information and tips for aspiring as well as professional golfers, this book is very useful.

I was very much enthralled by the ideas explored in this book. The author stresses that one should not focus on the negative experiences, for they get embedded into a person’s memory. However, she preaches that such thoughts can be turned into positive ones by utilizing the SWISH pattern. She speaks about a positive attitude, saying that thoughts determine people, and suggests the readers reduce the size of negative thoughts. For instance, suppose in a golf game one has made a wrong move that leads to failure to hit a specific target. There is a need to quickly clarify the error, then forget it and imprint the correct memory on the issue. This practice assists in directing the body through the mind in the process of attaining the laid down objective. The memory of the mind controls the muscles’ motion. She also did say that there should be a need to have specific targets to be set and each of the aspects of hitting to be perfected, like hitting the sweet spot as well as hitting the bulb. Another feature I pioneered about the book is the comprehensiveness of the approaches being explored. The concept touched on the basics of its processes like aim, grip, and alignment, in addition to offering real pictures and practical strategies and approaches that helped me comprehend concepts that can be quite difficult. The author's knowledge and experience while maintaining the vivid imagery that I believe enhances the mental and psychological absorption of the ideas presented.

What I liked about the book was that it was compact in terms of the information provided, and everything was made easy to read, not taking much time from the reader.

I am unable to state at least one thing I dislike about this book. This book is a great read for any golfer, beginner, intermediate, or even a master in the game who would wish to tweak his or her game.

All in all, I rate this book a 5 out of 5 stars .The book is exceptionally well edited; I didn't find any errors. I would personally and highly recommend this book to anyone wishing to take their golfing to the next level. Comprehensive information is available to rookies as well as to those who have been in the profession for many years, and all those who seek to apply mental skills in any activities they participate in will benefit from the book.
