Do you know that controlling the body is a great way to meditate? Some people focus a lot on the mind and need to improve in meditation. This author has given different techniques through which one can gain wisdom from the body, and it all comes from control and discipline. Read this book to find out more.

Somawise: Get Out of Your Head, Get Into Your Body is a nonfiction book by Luke Sniewski set to give readers a new sense of mental well-being. The book offers various methods for improving mental well-being. The techniques are numerous, and the author's research is profound. He doesn't just tell a story about his techniques; he backs them up with facts.

I haven't read a book like this one, so I had mixed feelings when I started it. However, noticing the author's approach to carefully explaining certain terms, I fell in love with the narrative and dug through the pages. I became so engrossed, as I was learning many things so fast. I liked how the author explains his techniques in simple diction. Unlike other books where you'd find fancy diction and lots of grammar that intimidate readers, this book offers its content clearly and concisely. The author does not wish to intimate his readers or come off as fancy with his diction; rather, his mission is to deliver a clear message to assist his readers.

Another good thing about this book, which I truly admire, is that it was perfectly edited. Such a feature has become ubiquitous in the writing industry today and is what many authors strive for. Luke Sniewski has achieved this, so I commend him for a well-done job. As for criticism, I have nothing to dislike about this book. I enjoyed everything, so I give this book a perfect rating of 5 out of 5 stars
