This book, Play Golf Better Faster: The Little Golf Bag Book by Kalliope Barlis, is like a compacted version of the author's previous book, Play Golf Better Faster: The Classic Guide to Optimizing Your Performance and Building Your Best Fast, though with some new additions. According to the author, the handbook is designed for readers to keep in their golf bag so that when they are practicing and playing, they are reminded of what to focus on.

The book's focus is mainly on preparations before playing a golf game, things to do when practicing on the golf range, and guides and principles for playing the real game. I know the golf game to be a male-dominated game, but reading this book makes me understand that the game can also have females who can be committed and excel in the game, just like the author.

In comparison to the author's previous book on the game of golf, there are even more aspects I like about this version. The first is that the text font sizes in this book are much bolder and easier to read. I also found useful the author's discussion on how obsessed people are with spending more on golf equipment instead of spending more time perfecting their game. The author made it clear that it is how the equipment is used that matters.

After my thorough evaluation of the book after reading, I am rating it five out of five stars for the things I stated that I like about the book above and also due to the author's use of the Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) principles, its connection to our five senses, and how these sensory connections can be taken advantage of to perfect one's game.

I have carefully read this book from cover to cover, and I am of the opinion that this book was professionally edited. This is because I did not notice any typos or errors throughout. In terms of negatives, I did not notice any at all. Based on all these, I recommend this book to amateur and professional golf players, golf coaches, and even anyone who wants to learn the game from scratch.
