"Play Golf Better Faster" by Kalliope Barlis is a comprehensive guide that empowers golfers to unlock their full potential. The book's unique blend of cutting-edge techniques and timeless wisdom makes it an invaluable resource for golfers of all levels, from amateurs to professionals. I also appreciated the author's clear and concise writing style, engaging content, and use of illustrative diagrams and sketches.

The only minor criticism I found was that some instructions may require a second read to fully understand. However, this is vastly outweighed by the book's numerous strengths. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in golf, regardless of skill level. I play golf, and the mental exercises contained in this book have helped me to play the game better. What resonated with me included, making the target bigger, shrinking negative thoughts, and visualizing positive outcomes. For me, 90 % of my success on the golf course comes from mental preparation.
