Although they make processes more efficient while redefining societal constructs, these advances give rise to moral predicaments, privacy concerns, and a skills gap. In this book, you will see how responsible technology development is determined. The author illustrates a model of leadership that incorporates the 4Cs of influence, which are a model—comprising character, competence, connection, and culture—to help handle fast-changing technology environments and foster innovation while staying ethical.

Technological innovation in the exponential domain happens at a speed beyond any normal understanding and changes our world every second. The only way to have stability is better leadership, which cannot be attained by a crash course.

There isn’t anything that I do not like about this book. The book is edited perfectly. This book deserves five out of five stars from me because of the author's unique style of writing. I would recommend this book to those who want to devote their leadership skills in this technological era.
