In “The Solution is Political Revolution”, Jillion R. Rising presents a searing indictment of the American political system, arguing that decades of partisan division have distracted citizens from the true enemy: a corrupt government beholden to Wall Street and special interests. Rising contends that politicians have deliberately pitted Americans against each other, exploiting social justice issues and immigration debates to maintain the status quo while enriching themselves through fiat money and lobbyist influence.

Rising's book is a call to action, urging Americans to transcend partisan labels and unite against a government that has betrayed their trust. With a focus on the working class, Rising exposes the economic sabotage perpetrated by policymakers, particularly the looming crisis in Social Security and Medicare/Medicaid as baby boomers retire at an alarming rate. By tracing the policy changes and financial manipulations that have led to this crisis, Rising builds a compelling case for a political revolution that can restore prosperity and justice to the American people.

I found “The Solution is Political Revolution” by Jillion R. Rising to be a thought-provoking and informative book that sheds light on the inner workings of the U.S. government and economy. What I liked most about the book is its unbiased approach, presenting facts and evidence without promoting a particular agenda or ideology. The author's thorough explanation of the 2008 mortgage crisis, the Affordable Care Act, and the rise of the national debt is both enlightening and disturbing. I also appreciated the book's focus on promoting critical thinking and encouraging readers to seek solutions rather than perpetuate the political status quo.

However, I found some of the explanations to be dense and difficult to follow at times. Additionally, the book's lack of concrete solutions to the problems presented leaves much to be desired. I would recommend this book to scholars and students of economics, political science, and history, as well as anyone interested in understanding the complexities of the U.S. political and economic systems. There were no dislikes for me in the book. It is also well-edited and has no errors whatsoever; therefore, I am rating it 5 out of 5 stars.
