We all go through life trying to figure things out. Some of us have a harder time than others. Some people seem to know it all. Other people just struggle here and there and feel lost. The Unsubtle Art of Unf*cking Your Life by Andi Wiseman is here to help you figure out how to correct your path in life and stand up for yourself. It gives a twelve-step guide to detangle the strings and get back on track. The book mentions the twelve steps and then discusses each one to show what it means and how you might do it.

I loved the book. It handles an important topic with humor and a nice approach. It's not preachy, which might turn off many people. It is direct and applicable. I love that the book is interactive and has parts for journaling and coloring breaks. It keeps the reader engaged and lightens the intensity of the topic. I love how the book ended, but you'll need to get it to see that yourself.

I like how the book confronts the reader with some truths that need to be honored. I also like that it gives a guide to some corrective actions. The steps make things feel easier and more applicable. It would help someone who doesn't know where to start.

The book is a wonderful experience. It carries great benefits. It was well-written and executed. The sense of humor of the writer is natural and enjoyable. I found nothing to dislike about this book. There is a heavy use of profanity throughout the book. It didn't bother me, but if you're sensitive to this, it might upset you. The book received professional editing. I could only notice two minor mistakes. Therefore, I rate The Unsubtle Art of Unf*cking Your Life by Andi Wiseman five out of five stars. The book can suit anyone who feels they messed up with their lives and would like a little guide on how to start making things better.
