I really liked the book. The information is not overwhelming, and it is not limited. It is just right for any type of golfer, both beginner-friendly and suitable for advanced players.

Who knew that golf is connected to the player, and the player is connected to the universe? Golf is known as the most "difficult sport known to athletes". It turns out that golf is more than just a sport; it is a connection.

Most sports are fast-paced; you have to be fast to be on top of your game, a fast runner, a fast thinker, quick with your hands, etc.
Different things apply when it comes to playing golf; the calmer and slower you are, the better you perform, and your chances of mastering the sport increase. It is all about finding the connection with your mind, with the club, and with the ball.

Reading this book takes you on a journey to discover that being the best at golf will not entirely be based on facts with regards to how tall we are or the height of our arms and legs; it's about our mind and our imagination that take us to that level of being the best players.

It is inspiring to read this book; you get so much information in one go.

It's not about how you swing the club; it's more about what you're thinking about at that moment and what's in your consciousness.
The way the author has laid out the information in this book, it is clear that by playing golf exactly as advised in the book, the results will be that the athlete will feel most powerful and refreshed in mind, body, and soul.

I really liked this book. I would rate it a 5 out of 5 because we are given more than we expected in a simplified and easy-to-read form.

I would recommend this book to current golfers, new and upcoming golfers, and people who are just curious to know about the sport.
