This book, One Jesus, One Way by The Proving Jesus Group, is a guide for Christians to retrace their way back to God. This book starts by telling us what God's ultimate plan for humanity was before we sinned. It leads Christians back to the true teachings of the Bible and how to reconnect with Jesus. It started by emphasizing how God and humans lived before Jesus died for us. Then, the book proceeds to show us what Jesus has done for us and how to key into his finished work on the cross. The book thoroughly explains and reminds us of the covenant between God and Abraham and carefully explains how that covenant pertains to us individually. For every Christian willing to retrace their steps back to God, this book will be a perfect guide.

This book is a wake-up call for me. It reminded me of things I had forgotten and also showed me that no matter how the world changes, God's word remains the same. I liked that this book started at the beginning, which was the Old Testament, and led us to the New Testament, which is much more relatable to the common Christian. I also appreciate how each point that was being made was backed up by Biblical scripture, which serves as solid proof of the amount of work and research put into writing this book.

On the downside, despite being power-packed with scriptures and great points, its delivery was lacking. It is difficult to implement these teachings in a person's life. The world has changed so much, and I believe that the book did not give key points on how to help regular Christians living in this age retrace their steps and have an easier walk with God.

The book was well-edited, but I spotted a few grammar errors while reading. Although they were minor errors, they did not impact my reading experience. Based on the downsides I mentioned earlier, I rate this book 4 out of 5 stars. I'm only removing a star due to the downsides previously mentioned. I recommend this book to Christians and those who want to have a deeper understanding of God.

It's okay as humans to lose our way from God, but it is advised to observe ourselves and retrace our steps to the face of God.
