What I really liked about "Enlightenment of Mind" by Karna Sonam Tarjay is how it combines ancient wisdom with modern concepts in a way that feels deeply transformative and relevant to our lives today. The book isn't just about theoretical ideas; it actively invites you to experience a shift in how you perceive yourself and the world. It explores profound themes like the nature of consciousness, the illusion of separateness, and the journey toward self-realization. That's why I give this book 5 out of 5 stars.

This book delves into the profound journey of self-realization, emphasizing the importance of transcending ego and external illusions to attain a state of meditative consciousness. Through disciplined practice and unwavering trust, individuals can achieve awakened wisdom, where attachment and discrimination cease. The book explores concepts like the impermanence of reality, the oneness of Nirvana and Samsara, and the ultimate understanding of selflessness.

This book explores the profound teachings of enlightened awareness. It emphasizes transcending dualistic thinking and breaking free from conceptual barriers tied to time, space, and form. It highlights how enlightened beings, free from judgment and self-identity, embody wisdom, love, and oneness. The book "Enlightenment of Mind" by Karna Sonam Tarjay is well-suited for readers interested in mindfulness, spiritual growth, and self-realization.

The way the book relates these timeless teachings to concepts like quantum physics and psychology adds a fascinating layer, making it feel like a bridge between ancient spirituality and contemporary thought. It's a book that challenges you to think deeply and live more consciously, which I found both inspiring and empowering. It highlights the path of enlightenment as one marked by effortlessness, compassion, and the dissolution of dualistic thinking, guiding seekers toward the bliss of true selflessness and the realization of mind-only.

In this book, I have not found any dislikes. What stands out is how the book connects these spiritual ideas with practical advice on mindfulness and personal growth. The author emphasizes that enlightenment isn't about escaping the world but about changing our approach to life's challenges. For example, the notion of "suchness" encourages us to embrace reality as it is, finding wisdom in moments of stillness and awareness. The book's editing was good; it had no errors.

This is not my genre so I will probably skip this book. I do like the approach that we can change how we deal with life's challenges, and it is not about escaping the world. This book may give useful tips on changing how you perceive yourself and the world.

This book would be useful for those who are serious about mindfulness or are in a place where they need spiritual help. But not for me. Good explanatory review, thank you

The book is about enlightened beings like Buddha, but I don't see how its content differs from usual spiritual/self-help books. Enlightenment/Nirvana is vague and intangible, traits this book embodies. I'll pass.
