Great laughter permeates Poppy Mortimer's book, "28 Disastrous Dates: A (Mostly True) Humourous Memoir." You will start reading, and you will not stop. She is sharing tales of 28 horrifying dates she has been to. Each chapter details a specific date, the experiences associated with it, and the lessons that come with them. You'll learn from these experiences and chuckle at them. Poppy has been on crazy dates all around, from London to Los Angeles and Melbourne, Australia.

Poppy is excellent at narrating her failed dates; hence, the book is quite humorous. You feel as though you are chatting with a friend who could have a lot of unusual stories to relate. You will be smiling and thinking, "It happened to me as well!" It's fascinating to learn that someone else experienced the same dating dilemma.

Poppy truly inspires me, as she never gives up. She still manages to find the funny side even when her dates are very unpleasant. She's not reluctant to make errors; she's driven to discover love. Her capacity to laugh at herself and keep on—especially in the wild world of dating—helps us all to grow.

Poppy's perspective on not considering finding a partner as the most vital aspect of life makes me happy. Her first priority is to become successful and content on her own. If someone is going to accompany her, they must be a suitable fit. She is not changeable for the satisfaction of others. It's a fantastic message since many believe that one cannot be content without a relationship. Poppy demonstrates how equally fantastic solitary life can be.

Poppy Mortimer's book "28 Disastrous Dates: A (Mostly True) Humourous Memoir" is for those who want to laugh and concurrently learn about dating. This book is an entertaining one that offers all kinds of life lessons; hence, I truly like it, leaving me without any dislikes. The writing is outstanding; the content undergoes professional editing, and there are no typographical errors. I will rate this book 5 out of 5 stars; it's a great read that will enthrall anyone and leave them wanting more.
