[Following is an official OnlineBookClub.org review of "Mama I Owe You Nothing" by Simmer Breeze.]
I consider this book, Mama I Owe You Nothing by Simmer Breeze, a real masterpiece with great messages about life in general. This book discusses thought-provoking questions about the reciprocal responsibilities between children and elderly parents. It talks about how parents and children's relationships ought to be using real-life examples and how each should care for another. This book will have you checking your own lives, looking at them from a child's perspective and also from a parent's perspective. I urge you to read this book; you won't regret it, that I assure you.
The parents duty to a child and when it should end, emancipation of minors, how to go about it, and the rules attached to it. Getting married or joining the military leads to automatic emancipation, but minors can also file for it. Were all discussed in this book. I really loved how the author touched on or discussed every part and aspect of parents, parenting, and relations to their wards; even though the discussions might be short, the author really hit the nail on the head accurately. I also did appreciate the author for using real-life examples when needed; it added an extra authentic touch to the book. I also liked the little Q&A about determining the sex of a baby, and I can boldly say it answered all my questions about the sex determination of a baby.
I like how the author added articles to support the statements or arguments she was making. It was a really nice addition, and I really liked it. I rate this amazing book four out of five stars. It was a quick read with lots of vital information, both law-related and real-life-related. I didn't find any noticeable errors while reading it. I also didn't find anything I disliked about this book. A wonderful read. I will recommend this book to families and minors about the age of 7. They will definitely learn a thing or two in this book.
