How many of us struggle with our relationships? How many of us would like to heal from past incidents? Is there a clear path we can walk on? Is there anything we can explore? Giulia Cappelli, a fellow traveller on the road to self-discovery, pondered these questions. Her relatable journey and insightful discoveries, shared in the book Find Peace On Purpose, will surely resonate with many of us.

The book opens a door to a new way of thinking in various situations. Instead of harboring resentment towards others, why not shift our perspective? The author's time circle, a tool she carefully explains in detail, is a catalyst for profound transformation. The inclusion of fictional stories as examples enriches the narrative, offering a wealth of wisdom that can benefit everyone. This shift in mindset, from blame to gratitude, paves the way for a more peaceful and hopeful future.

The book is exceptionally lucid, and the steps are meticulously detailed. It provides us with clear, step-by-step instructions. The diverse examples in the book were a delight. The reassurance that I am not alone in this journey was a definite plus. However, it is important to remember that reading this book will be futile if we do not put the teachings into practice.

The book is also impeccably edited, with not a single error to be found. It is very rare to find no errors in a book and I appreciate the author for the time she took out for this.

I specifically liked chapter three, Mike’s Peace on Purpose journey. I was really baffled about how this entire process works, but I am glad that this chapter demonstrated how healing happens with the help of the time circle. In this chapter, Mike resigned from two jobs because he felt he was not welcomed among his team members. In the third job, he was feeling the same thing again. How does he deal with this situation? Read the book to find out.

The book uses some profanities, but there is no sexual scene. The author uses these words to convey the intensity of certain emotions and experiences, but they are not used gratuitously. Despite this, I don’t really think this book is meant for young people. I think people need to be at least older teenagers before they can appreciate this book.

I loved everything about this book, so I give it a very well-deserved rating of 5 out of 5 stars. I hope whoever reads it can implement its teachings and heal from it.

Very good review! This book sounds very intriguing. The problem is, you can't read them all! I will put this one aside if I have the time to read it.

Wow, it sounds like you got a lot of benefit from this book. Who do you think its intended audience is? Is it more for people who have challenges in their relationships?

Thanks for another intriguing review! I’m very curious about what the time circle is. You make this sound like it could be a worthwhile read. I don’t read many self-help books even though they were probably all made for people like me! :D Thanks!

The author’s exploration of self-discovery is both relatable and enlightening. It’s interesting to read that the author is committed to encouraging readers to confront past grievances and offering a transformative perspective shift. Her concept of the “time circle” serves as a practical tool for personal growth, guiding individuals away from resentment towards a mindset of gratitude, which we all need.

Based on your review, I believe that this book can be of great help to many people. When I was younger, I used to hold grudges against anyone who wronged me or injured my pride. This was very painful, especially when I had to see this person often whether at work or at home. Later on in life, I rid myself of the habit of holding grudges. I realized that I was causing myself more pain and that holding the grudge did not make me feel better. It drained me. Congratulations to Giulia Cappelli for writing this 5-star self-help book. It will help many people lose their self-inflicted pain. Thanks for this great review.
