I was one of the people who where in denial about the hypnosis my reason being, I had certain belief that hypnosis was unholy, but now... I have a different perspective after I have completed reading the book. The first thing that made me to believe everything that is written in book is true, its been mentioned in details that this book is non-fiction. And other reason that lead me to believe everything in this book is truthful it's because of the researches that the author includes. As the reader it
made me to realize things I didn't know, about hypnosis. When the author said "conscious mind is when commonly perceived as dominant, it is important to note that the subconscious exerts considerable influence on our day-to-day lives. In fact, Young (2018) stated in the magazine New Scientist that about 95% of brain activity is unconscious."
What makes me to consider this book to be a great book is because the author defines the title book exceptional so that as reader i will not encounter any misunderstanding like in this statement "Many often regard the subconscious mind as a hidden and intangible entity, beyond our immediate control, and challenging to access. It is believed to store our deepest fears, desires, and memories, playing a critical role in shaping our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors." To my opinion this book is written to everyone in general and I think this book can be helpful to many people.
